A 40,000 sq. ft. retail outlet in South Nanaimo. LoadPath worked closely with the Owner and his architect, the Colborne Architectural Group to refine the building design.  The result is a very attractive building.  LoadPath carried out the design, supply and erection of the steel structures on this project under contract with the Owner’s general construction arm, Canarc Construction Ltd. of the Pacific Building Systems corporate group.  The project was completed in May/June 2009.
